Job Requirements
- must take sole responsibility of assigned sanitation tasks
- report all equipment issues to managers and repair technicians and follow up
- ensure all employees are trained to operate equipment properly and safely according to manufacturer’s recommendations
- ensure all products meet quality standards
- comply with and enforce all conagra brands policies, procedures, and practices
- ensure all cleaning duties are assigned and completed
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- perform all tasks as assigned
- monitor time management within team of assigned tasks
- verify tasks are performed and completed with attention to detail
- perform preop inspections, ATP, allergen testing prior to release of equipment and lines
- prioritize line releases and problem solve
- coach team members
- lead by example
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- three years manufacturing experience preferably in a commercial bakery
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work as part of a team
- bilingual english/spanish preferred but not required
Job Duties
- perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- maintain excellent written and verbal communication

- work as a team with all supervisors and managers

- meet all sanitation deadlines
