Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Math and reading skills necessary
- Ability to take direction
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to follow safety guidelines
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work third shift hours

Job Duties
- Read and follow part plans for processing requirements
- Count and control parts before and after plating
- Follow part plan work instructions for compliance to customer specifications
- Select holding rack according to size, shape and number of objects to be processed
- Process customer product in a defined series of cleaning, activating, plating and rinsing baths
- Measure thickness and diameters for pre- and post- plate dimensions
- Monitor tank temperatures, solution levels and rectifiers of plating baths and record data
