Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- willingness to receive yearly flu shot as a condition of employment
- ability to pass post-offer medical screening
- background screening
- and drug test
- capable of performing physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- ability to work weekend night shifts starting at 10:30 pm
- availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- medical cleaning experience a plus
- successful completion of post-offer medical screening
- background screening
- and drug test
- yearly flu shot required as a condition of employment
Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- sweeps and/or vacuums floor
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
