Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • No prior experience required as on-the-job training is provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • May require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with specific class and endorsement as per role
  • Ability to work overnight shifts from 10pm-6am or 11pm-7am including weekends
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading passengers and luggage

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • One year of prior work experience as a passenger shuttle driver preferred
  • Ability to operate specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance and safety inspections
  • Ability to adhere to safety standards and follow operational protocols

Job Duties

  • Transport, load and unload passengers, providing daily transportation services at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
  • Ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers, including handling specialized equipment for passengers with special needs such as wheelchair lifts and tie-downs
  • Help passengers load and unload luggage as needed
  • Inspect vehicles regularly for safety and maintenance issues, perform routine cleaning and maintenance activities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding courteously to guest inquiries and giving directions
  • Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans and coordinate evacuation activities as appropriate
  • Report any incidents or claims immediately to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
  • Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment and fuel use logs
  • Maintain a clean work environment by disinfecting the shuttle after each use
  • Perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure compliance with safety and Department of Transportation standards
