Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No prior experience required as on-the-job training is provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- May require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with specific class and endorsement as per role
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 10pm-6am or 11pm-7am including weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading passengers and luggage
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- One year of prior work experience as a passenger shuttle driver preferred
- Ability to operate specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance and safety inspections
- Ability to adhere to safety standards and follow operational protocols
Job Duties
- Transport, load and unload passengers, providing daily transportation services at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers, including handling specialized equipment for passengers with special needs such as wheelchair lifts and tie-downs
- Help passengers load and unload luggage as needed
- Inspect vehicles regularly for safety and maintenance issues, perform routine cleaning and maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding courteously to guest inquiries and giving directions
- Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans and coordinate evacuation activities as appropriate
- Report any incidents or claims immediately to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
- Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment and fuel use logs
- Maintain a clean work environment by disinfecting the shuttle after each use
- Perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure compliance with safety and Department of Transportation standards
