Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Four to ten years related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of janitorial equipment and materials
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish
Job Duties
- Ensure the safety of staff
- Timely gathering of time cards
- Ordering and tracking inventory of supplies
- Communicate work requests and inspections to line staff
- Conduct site safety and quality inspections
- Provide janitorial services including floor care
- Report employee relations issues to operations manager
