Job Duties

  • Bake artisan pan breads, rolls, bagels, and hearth breads
  • Sort finished baked products for delivery to all store locations
  • Use old-world baking methods and natural fermentation techniques
  • Maintain strict food safety standards
  • Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure punctuality and reliability during assigned shifts
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
