Job Requirements
- Standing for long periods

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- 18 years or older is preferred
Job Duties
- Baking artisan pan breads, rolls, bagels, and hearth breads
- Sorting finished baked goods for delivery to all DLM stores
- Using old-world methods and natural fermentation techniques
- Maintaining punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts
- Following food safety standards and guidelines
- Communicating effectively with team members
- Lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods
