Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree
- three years baking experience or one year bakery management experience
- basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- assist bakery manager in planning and managing bakery operations
- merchandise bakery products ensuring freshness and presentation
- rotate and replenish bakery displays
- ensure proper product storage and temperature compliance
- prepare and bake products consistently according to company standards
- greet and assist customers with excellent customer service
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
