Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data entry and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- SAP experience desired
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers
- Ability to operate equipment and tools such as laptops, scanners, and walk-behind lifts
- Fluent in English
- Commitment to customer service
- Ability to follow standardized work processes
Job Duties
- Maintain safety and housekeeping
- Contribute to keeping warehouses properly organized
- Notify management of inventory situations with potential for damage or safety concerns
- Assist in MRO part activities as directed by management
- Execute the values, philosophy, mission, strategy, policies, and standards of the organization
- Communicate effectively with management
- Focus continuously on fostering a safe work environment
- Practice safe work procedures and follow safety rules
- Issue requested materials to customers and prioritize line down conditions
- Properly document stockouts
- Enter issued materials into SAP
- Put-away and label parts with unique numbers in designated locations
- Note and expedite material related issues such as incorrect count, broken, or mixed parts
- Properly transfer materials physically and systematically in SAP
