Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field or PharmD degree
- Five years of experience overseeing a 340B pharmacy program preferably in an acute care hospital setting
- Experience in retail and/or hospital revenue cycle processes including pharmacy purchasing, billing, and reimbursement
- Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to present complex data and provide training/education
- Proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, EMRs, and pharmacy purchasing systems
- Apexus 340B certification
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee operational management of the 340B Drug Pricing Program
- Ensure program compliance and audit readiness
- Support financial performance related to the 340B program
- Provide training and education to employees working with the 340B Program
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze complex data and present findings effectively
- Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks
