Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field or PharmD degree
  • Five years of experience overseeing a 340B pharmacy program preferably in an acute care hospital setting
  • Experience in retail and/or hospital revenue cycle processes including pharmacy purchasing, billing, and reimbursement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to present complex data and provide training/education
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, EMRs, and pharmacy purchasing systems
  • Apexus 340B certification

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee operational management of the 340B Drug Pricing Program
  • Ensure program compliance and audit readiness
  • Support financial performance related to the 340B program
  • Provide training and education to employees working with the 340B Program
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze complex data and present findings effectively
  • Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks
