Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in aircraft cleaning or ground handling is an asset
  • Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Physical fitness to handle labor-intensive tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo criminal background check
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy items of 70 pounds regularly
  • Must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently and for extended periods
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Possess a government ID and social security card
  • Able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to work in extreme weather conditions and small spaces
  • Able to receive appropriate security clearances
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to work extended hours based on operational needs
  • Able to carry heavy items and perform physical tasks like climbing stairs and working in cramped or high places

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing aircraft interiors including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories
  • Preparing the cabin for customer boarding and departure including cleaning seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories
  • Handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to specifications
  • Assisting ramp agents after cabin cleaning completion
  • Performing foreign object debris (FOD) walks in the ramp area between flights
  • Marshaling aircraft during arrivals and departures
  • Ensuring necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room
  • Reading and interpreting aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage routing tags
  • Performing other related duties within skill and experience capabilities
