Job Duties

  • Produces bakery products and finishes donuts
  • Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
  • Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
  • Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
  • Performs POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
  • Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
  • Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
  • Complies with all restaurant, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
  • Resolves guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
  • Follows safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Complies with all applicable laws
