Job Requirements
- Ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Previous food and beverage experience
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Ability to manage time, solve problems and organize effectively
- Ability to maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, hear and use hands to handle tasks
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Able to work in a smoke-filled, loud work environment

- Previous food and beverage experience
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions

- Any combination of education, training or experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Deliver orders following required standards for 2nd Street
- Sweep floors, wipe counters and empty trash
- Keep side stations clean
- Re-stock side stations
- Sweep floors, wipe, maintain, and stock stations, and empty trash
- Polish silverware and glassware
- Interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and polite manner
- Other duties as assigned
