Job Requirements

- previous experience in traffic control, logistics, or a related field preferred
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Direct inbound and outbound associate traffic during shift changes to prevent congestion
- coordinate vehicle movements around crosswalks, loading zones, and dock areas
- monitor traffic patterns and communicate with Amazon WHS or LP teams to address safety concerns
- assist with temporary lane closures, barricade placement, and signage setup as needed
- ensure all flagging operations remain within private property limits (no work on public roadways)
- provide daily reporting and operational feedback to site management
