- able to pass a criminal background check
- must be 18 years old
- problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- strong knowledge of word, excel, calculator, copier, fax, and postage machine

Job Duties

- assist with appointments and extracurricular activities
- address and resolve residents’ complaints and concerns
