Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- able to pass a criminal background check
- must be 18 years old
- problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- strong knowledge of word, excel, calculator, copier, fax, and postage machine
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- a positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift
