Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- able to pass post-offer medical examination
- able to pass background screening
- able to pass drug test
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift up to 50 pounds
- good vision including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, with or without corrective lenses
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- medical cleaning a plus
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment
- able to pass post-offer medical, background screening, and drug test
Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- sweeps and/or vacuums floors
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
