Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- ability to work in cold refrigerated environment between 38 and -20 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to withstand cold temperatures for duration of shift
- ability to lift 10-35 pounds repetitively and up to 45 pounds occasionally
- excellent attendance and punctuality
- ability to follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- must be able to work with allergenic food ingredients
- ability to perform repetitive bending and standing
- ability to work flexible schedule including some overtime and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- six months material handling equipment or forklift experience preferred
- experience using warehouse management and inventory systems preferred
- experience with the refrigeration, warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment preferred
- experience with computers and Microsoft Office preferred
- experience following safety procedures preferred
- attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- ability to work a flexible schedule including potential overtime, weekends, and different work schedules
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Follow the operations tasks directed by the supervisor
- communicate and execute work assignments to meet set expectations by department and customer requirements
- communicate with and perform as an assistant for all staff and departments such as the supervisors, support staff, leadership, and front-line employees
- perform quality checks and report failures to supervisor
- ensure own adherence to safety and quality processes and regulations
- follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor
