Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • ability to work in cold refrigerated environment between 38 and -20 degrees Fahrenheit
  • ability to withstand cold temperatures for duration of shift
  • ability to lift 10-35 pounds repetitively and up to 45 pounds occasionally
  • excellent attendance and punctuality
  • ability to follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • must be able to work with allergenic food ingredients
  • ability to perform repetitive bending and standing
  • ability to work flexible schedule including some overtime and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • six months material handling equipment or forklift experience preferred
  • experience using warehouse management and inventory systems preferred
  • experience with the refrigeration, warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • experience with computers and Microsoft Office preferred
  • experience following safety procedures preferred
  • attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including potential overtime, weekends, and different work schedules
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Follow the operations tasks directed by the supervisor
  • communicate and execute work assignments to meet set expectations by department and customer requirements
  • communicate with and perform as an assistant for all staff and departments such as the supervisors, support staff, leadership, and front-line employees
  • perform quality checks and report failures to supervisor
  • ensure own adherence to safety and quality processes and regulations
  • follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor
