Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
  • Valid licenses and certifications for operating powered industrial trucks
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Capacity to work under moderate supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to keep accurate inventory records

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
  • Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
  • Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
  • Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
  • Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution
  • Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
  • Adheres to all quality guidelines
  • Works under moderate degree of supervision
  • Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor
  • Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor

Job Duties

  • Performs visual inspections of incoming and outgoing materials for visible damages
  • Performs physical put away and storage of products following inventory location standards
  • Coordinates off-site transfers with routing, transportation, and receiving teams
  • Reports on product location issues, discrepancies, or damaged products immediately
  • Uses powered industrial trucks (PIT) to move material consistent with production requirements
  • Records movement of material in ERP system
  • Maintains housekeeping and stages raw and finished goods in inventory location
