Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- flu vaccine required
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to undergo post-offer medical examination, background check and drug test
- ability to work rotational weekends and the 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- successful applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- experience in janitorial industry a plus
- medical cleaning experience a plus
- post-offer medical screening, background check and drug testing required
- flu vaccine required
Job Duties
- Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- sweep and/or vacuum floors
- dust furniture and equipment
- polish metalwork
- wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas
- replenish bathroom supplies
- transport small equipment or tools between departments
