- familiarity with front desk or guest services operations

- capacity to manage guest inquiries and reservations efficiently
- basic knowledge of local attractions and resort offerings
Job Duties
- Provide warm welcomes to guests and register them efficiently
- issue unit keys and provide detailed information about the resort and local attractions
- process cash and credit card transactions according to company policies
- balance cash receipts and perform other cashier duties
- complete guest check-out procedures accurately and update guest folios
- reserve and confirm individual and group reservations
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns
