Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via email
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in appearance and demeanor
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday with evenings and weekends
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic residential community setting

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, prospects and visitors with a smile, positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Successfully meet the needs of prospective and current residents in person, over the phone or via email with any task or request made, including but not limited to leasing information, community information, neighborhood information and service requests
  • Maintain extremely high professionalism including appearance, demeanor, customer service and work environment
  • Create an environment where residents receive value that results in high retention and rent growth
  • Keep lobby clean and presentable during entire shift including workspace free of clutter
  • Maintain coffee stations with proper supplies and clean regularly
