Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • able to move tables and furniture periodically
  • able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
  • able to take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
  • able to de-escalate critical situations
  • seeking opportunity to serve seniors
  • able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • strong knowledge of local community and region preferred
  • previous customer service or hospitality experience

Job Duties

  • assist in interacting with residents and guests, answering phones, marketing, administrative work, assisting with events, assisting in dining room during peak meal times, performing assorted cleaning
  • serve as the go-to-person providing a lasting first impression to visitors while balancing multiple responsibilities
  • anticipate needs of residents, guests, team members, and vendors
  • monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call systems, life safety systems, and fire alarm panels
  • live by core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
