Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- able to move tables and furniture periodically
- able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
- able to take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
- able to de-escalate critical situations
- seeking opportunity to serve seniors
- able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- strong knowledge of local community and region preferred
- previous customer service or hospitality experience

Job Duties
- assist in interacting with residents and guests, answering phones, marketing, administrative work, assisting with events, assisting in dining room during peak meal times, performing assorted cleaning
- serve as the go-to-person providing a lasting first impression to visitors while balancing multiple responsibilities
- anticipate needs of residents, guests, team members, and vendors
- monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call systems, life safety systems, and fire alarm panels
- live by core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
