Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- able to move tables and furniture periodically
- lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
- take initiative and be independent problem solver
- able to de-escalate critical situations
- seeking opportunity to serve seniors
- able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- strong knowledge of local community preferred
- previous work experience in customer service or hospitality

Job Duties
- assist in interacting with residents and guests, answering the phone, marketing, administrative work, assisting with events, assisting in dining room during peak meal times, performing assorted cleaning
- provide a lasting first impression to visitors balancing and prioritizing different roles
- anticipate the needs of residents, guests, team members, and outside vendor deliveries
- monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call system, building life safety systems, fire alarm panel
- live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
