Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Current driver license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to de-escalate critical situations
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with valet parking resident vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to move tables and furniture periodically and lift approximately 25 pounds
- Take initiative and work independently as a problem solver
- Able to de-escalate critical situations
- Passion for serving seniors
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Project a resort-like image in person and over the phone
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong knowledge of the local community and region preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
Job Duties
- Assist in interacting with residents and guests, answer the phone, engage in marketing efforts, perform administrative work, assist with events, help in dining room during peak meal times, perform assorted cleaning
- Provide a positive first impression as the go-to-person for visitors while managing multiple responsibilities
- Anticipate the needs of residents, guests, team members, and outside vendors
- Monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call system, building life safety systems, and fire alarm panel
- Call emergency personnel like 911 when appropriate
