Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- able to move tables and furniture periodically
- able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
- take initiative and be an independent problem solver
- able to de-escalate critical situations
- able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- previous customer service or hospitality experience
- seeking opportunity to serve seniors

Job Duties
- interact with residents and guests
- answer the phone
- perform marketing and administrative work
- assist with community events
- support dining room during peak meal times
- perform assorted cleaning duties
- monitor and respond to emergencies such as resident emergency call system and fire alarm panel
