Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
- take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
- able to de-escalate critical situations
- multi-task and meet deadlines
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- previous work experience in customer service or hospitality

Job Duties
- assist in interacting with residents and guests, answering the phone, marketing, administrative work, assisting with events, assisting in dining room during peak meal times, performing assorted cleaning
- provide a lasting first impression to visitors while balancing and prioritizing various roles and responsibilities
- anticipate needs of residents, guests, and team members, including vendor deliveries
- monitor and respond to emergencies such as resident emergency call system, building life safety systems, and fire alarms
- live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
