Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- Comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
- Take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
- Able to de-escalate critical situations
- Seeking opportunity to serve seniors
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong knowledge of the local community preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience

- Previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
Job Duties
- Assist in interacting with residents and guests answering the phone marketing administrative work assisting with events assisting in dining room during peak meal times performing assorted cleaning
- Be the go-to-person providing a lasting first impression to visitors balancing and prioritizing different roles and responsibilities
- Anticipate the needs of residents guests and team members including outside vendor deliveries
- Monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call system building life safety systems and fire alarm panel calling emergency personnel when appropriate
- Live by core values of respect kindness compassion honesty and service excellence
