Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
  • Take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
  • Able to de-escalate critical situations
  • Seeking opportunity to serve seniors
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong knowledge of the local community preferred
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older maintain a current driver license and clean driving record comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required
  • Able to move tables and furniture periodically lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
  • Take initiative independent problem-solver able to de-escalate critical situations
  • Seeking opportunity to serve seniors and positively impact their lives
  • Able to multi-task meet deadlines while projecting a resort-like image in person and over the phone
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook Word and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of the local community area and region preferred
  • Previous work experience in customer service or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Assist in interacting with residents and guests answering the phone marketing administrative work assisting with events assisting in dining room during peak meal times performing assorted cleaning
  • Be the go-to-person providing a lasting first impression to visitors balancing and prioritizing different roles and responsibilities
  • Anticipate the needs of residents guests and team members including outside vendor deliveries
  • Monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call system building life safety systems and fire alarm panel calling emergency personnel when appropriate
  • Live by core values of respect kindness compassion honesty and service excellence
