Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • able to move tables, furniture, and lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
  • able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
  • comfortable and capable of valet parking resident vehicles
  • able to de-escalate critical situations
  • strong communication skills

  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • strong knowledge of local community, area, and region preferred
  • previous customer service or hospitality experience

Job Duties

  • assist in interacting with residents and guests, answering the phone, marketing, administrative work, assisting with events, assisting in dining room during peak meal times, performing assorted cleaning
  • provide lasting first impression to visitors while balancing and prioritizing different roles and responsibilities
  • anticipate needs of residents, guests, team members, and outside vendor deliveries
  • monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call system, building life safety systems, fire alarm panel, and call emergency personnel when appropriate
  • uphold core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
