Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Maintain a current driver license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with valet parking resident vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to move tables and furniture periodically and lift approximately 25 pounds
- Ability to de-escalate critical situations
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Previous work experience in customer service or hospitality

- Strong knowledge of the local community and region preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
Job Duties
- Assist residents and guests with various needs including greeting visitors and answering the phone
- Perform marketing and administrative tasks
- Support events coordination and assist in dining room during peak meal times
- Handle assorted cleaning and maintenance duties
- Serve as the community's go-to-person providing a lasting first impression
- Anticipate the needs of residents, guests, team members, and outside vendors
- Monitor and respond to emergencies by managing resident emergency call systems, building life safety systems, and fire alarms
- Call emergency personnel when appropriate
- Uphold company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
