Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift/carry approximately 25 pounds
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service

  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines while projecting a resort-like image
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region preferred
  • Previous work experience in customer service or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Assist in interacting with residents and guests, answer phones, participate in marketing efforts, perform administrative work, assist with events, support dining room during peak meal times, perform assorted cleaning
  • Provide a lasting first impression and act as the go-to-person for visitors
  • Anticipate needs of residents, guests, and team members including outside vendor deliveries
  • Monitor resident emergency call systems, building life safety systems, and fire alarm panels, and respond appropriately
  • Uphold core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
