Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable valet parking cars
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Positive attitude and servant heart
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with valet parking resident vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong initiative and independent problem-solving skills
- Ability to de-escalate critical situations effectively
- Passionate about serving seniors and positively impacting their lives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of the local community preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
Job Duties
- Interact with residents and guests providing excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- Assist with marketing and administrative tasks
- Support events coordination and dining room service during peak meal times
- Perform assorted cleaning duties to maintain community areas
- Monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call systems and fire alarm panels
- Provide valet parking services and manage outside vendor deliveries
