Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid driver license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 25 pounds
  • Comfortable valet parking cars
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • Positive attitude and servant heart

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable with valet parking resident vehicles
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Strong initiative and independent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to de-escalate critical situations effectively
  • Passionate about serving seniors and positively impacting their lives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of the local community preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Interact with residents and guests providing excellent customer service
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Assist with marketing and administrative tasks
  • Support events coordination and dining room service during peak meal times
  • Perform assorted cleaning duties to maintain community areas
  • Monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call systems and fire alarm panels
  • Provide valet parking services and manage outside vendor deliveries
