Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- current driver license with clean driving record
- able to valet park resident vehicles
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to move tables and furniture periodically
- able to lift and carry 25 pounds
- ability to take initiative and work independently
- ability to de-escalate situations
- passion for serving seniors
- ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- knowledge of local community preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality
Job Qualifications
- must be 21 years of age or older
- maintain a current driver license with a clean driving record
- able to valet park resident vehicles
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- able to move tables and furniture periodically
- able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
- take initiative and work independently
- strong problem-solving skills
- able to de-escalate critical situations
- passion for serving seniors
- able to multitask and meet deadlines
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- strong knowledge of local community and region preferred
- previous customer service or hospitality experience
Job Duties
- assist and interact with residents and guests
- answer phones
- assist with marketing and administrative work
- help with community events
- assist during peak dining times
- perform general cleaning duties
- monitor and respond to emergencies including resident call system and fire alarm panel
