Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift approximately 25 pounds
- Able to de-escalate critical situations
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality

Job Duties
- Assist in interacting with residents and guests, answer the phone, marketing activities, perform administrative work, assist with events, assist in dining room during peak meal times, perform assorted cleaning
- Be the go-to-person providing a lasting first impression to visitors while balancing multiple responsibilities
- Anticipate the needs of residents, guests, and team members including outside vendor deliveries
- Monitor and respond to emergencies such as resident emergency calls, building life safety systems, and fire alarm panel, call emergency personnel when necessary
- Live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
