Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift approximately 25 pounds
  • Able to de-escalate critical situations
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality

  • Project a resort-like image in person and over the phone

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Assist in interacting with residents and guests, answer the phone, marketing activities, perform administrative work, assist with events, assist in dining room during peak meal times, perform assorted cleaning
  • Be the go-to-person providing a lasting first impression to visitors while balancing multiple responsibilities
  • Anticipate the needs of residents, guests, and team members including outside vendor deliveries
  • Monitor and respond to emergencies such as resident emergency calls, building life safety systems, and fire alarm panel, call emergency personnel when necessary
  • Live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
