Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 21 years of age or older
  • valid driver license
  • clean driving record
  • ability to lift 25 pounds
  • availability to work 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Thursday through Monday
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • customer service experience

Job Qualifications

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • able to valet park resident vehicles
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • able to move tables and furniture and lift approximately 25 pounds
  • take initiative and be an independent problem solver
  • able to de-escalate critical situations
  • seeking opportunity to serve seniors
  • able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • strong knowledge of local community preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality

Job Duties

  • assist interacting with residents and guests
  • answer the phone
  • perform marketing and administrative work
  • assist with events and dining room during peak meal times
  • perform assorted cleaning
  • provide a lasting first impression to visitors
  • monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call system and fire alarm panel
