Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to move tables and furniture periodically
- lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
- take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
- able to de-escalate critical situations
- able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- intermediate proficiency in microsoft office programs
- previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
Job Qualifications
- must be 21 years of age or older maintain a current driver license and clean driving record comfortable valet parking resident vehicles high school diploma or equivalent ged able to move tables and furniture periodically lift and carry approximately 25 pounds take initiative and be an independent problem-solver able to de-escalate critical situations seeking opportunity to serve seniors and positively impact their lives able to multi-task and meet deadlines projecting a resort-like image in person and over the phone intermediate proficiency in microsoft office programs outlook word and excel strong knowledge of the local community area and region preferred previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
Job Duties
- interacting with residents and guests answering the phone marketing administrative work assisting with events assisting in dining room during peak meal times performing assorted cleaning being the go-to-person providing a lasting first impression anticipating needs of residents guests and team members monitoring and responding to emergencies including resident emergency call system building life safety systems and fire alarm panel embracing core values of respect kindness compassion honesty and service excellence
