Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts from 4 PM to 2:30 AM Monday through Thursday
- Available for mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed
- Willingness to wear all required safety gear
- Must successfully pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable attendance
- Capable of handling physical demands of the job
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or casting environment preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a reliable work ethic
- Capable of learning new skills quickly
- Good physical stamina for handling materials and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Casting covers or boxes by utilizing various individual mold platforms
- Mixing and pouring polymer concrete into molds
- Integrating reinforcement materials such as fiberglass and rebar
- Ensuring safety by wearing protective eyewear, hard hats, earplugs, and leather steel-toed shoes
- Maintaining consistent and reliable attendance
- Acquiring new skills as required
- Following safety protocols and company guidelines
