Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work 10-hour shifts from 4 pm to 2:30 am Monday through Thursday
- willingness to work mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays
- pass background check
- pass drug screening
- ability to wear personal protective equipment as required
- reliable transportation to work
- ability to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- experience in manufacturing or casting preferred
- attention to detail
- ability to work overnight shift from Monday to Thursday with potential overtime
- excellent safety awareness

- basic ability to learn new processes and skills
Job Duties
- cast covers or boxes by preparing molds of different sizes
- mix and pour polymer concrete into molds
- integrate reinforcing materials like fiberglass and rebar
- wear required personal protective equipment including eyewear, hard hats, earplugs, and steel-toed shoes
- comply with safety regulations and company standards
- maintain consistent and reliable attendance
- acquire new skills to improve job performance
