Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work 10-hour shifts from 4 pm to 2:30 am Monday through Thursday
  • willingness to work mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays
  • pass background check
  • pass drug screening
  • ability to wear personal protective equipment as required
  • reliable transportation to work
  • ability to follow safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in manufacturing or casting preferred
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work overnight shift from Monday to Thursday with potential overtime
  • excellent safety awareness
  • self-motivation
  • reliability and consistent attendance
  • basic ability to learn new processes and skills

Job Duties

  • cast covers or boxes by preparing molds of different sizes
  • mix and pour polymer concrete into molds
  • integrate reinforcing materials like fiberglass and rebar
  • wear required personal protective equipment including eyewear, hard hats, earplugs, and steel-toed shoes
  • comply with safety regulations and company standards
  • maintain consistent and reliable attendance
  • acquire new skills to improve job performance
