Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experience in crew operations or related fields
Prior supervisory or management experience
Ability to work in Miami, Florida
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency with relevant software tools

Job Qualifications

Experience in maritime crew management or similar operational role
Strong leadership and training skills
Knowledge of payroll processes and maritime labor regulations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle complex administrative and logistical tasks
Proficiency in payroll and management software such as MXP and Travel Ex
Understanding of safety and pollution prevention regulations

Job Duties

Pro-active approach to problem solving
Treats crew members as the internal customer
Ultimately responsible for all operations within the Crew Office
Supervise, train and guide Second Purser Crew and Crew Administrator
Audit Crew Administrator and Second Purser Crew floats
Responsible for ships clearance for all crew related matters
Arrange visas with port agents for crew sign offs
