Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to obtain forklift certification
- minimum experience in retail or management preferred

Job Duties
- Train and prepare store crew members to meet position expectations
- coach and inspire crew regularly
- participate in interviewing, hiring, selection, and development of store team
- ensure execution of company customer service and operational standards
- identify and implement opportunities to improve customer experience
- partner with management to manage store operations including inventory and shrink management
- achieve store financial targets
- ensure policy compliance
- execute marketing promotions and events
- maintain product merchandising and signage standards
- ensure store and crew safety and security
- manage business disruptions such as loiterers and emergency situations
- maintain professional communication and leadership
- mentor department managers
- adapt to changing environments
- foster positive store culture
- work hands-on in various departments including body care, dairy/frozen, grocery, produce, receiving, and vitamins
- maintain full schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- fulfill any additional tasks assigned by management
