Job Duties
- Ensure store crew are trained and prepared to meet position expectations
- Coach and inspire crew members regularly
- Participate in hiring, development, and management of store team
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and ensure execution
- Manage operational tasks including inventory, shrink, financial targets, policy compliance, promotions, merchandising, and safety
- Maintain professional and respectful communication and mentor team members
- Work hands-on in all store departments as needed
- Maintain full schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- Support store objectives and company culture
- Perform additional tasks to ensure store success
