Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Ensuring crew members are trained and prepared for their roles
  • Coaching and inspiring team members regularly
  • Participating in interviewing, hiring, and staff development
  • Identifying customer service improvement opportunities and implementing solutions
  • Managing store operations including inventory, shrink, and compliance
  • Leading by example in professionalism and communication
  • Working hands-on in various store departments as needed
  • Managing business disruptions and emergency situations
  • Maintaining full schedule availability including evenings and weekends
  • Preparing for career advancement through leadership and operational excellence
