Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Ensuring crew members are trained and prepared for their roles

- Managing store operations including inventory, shrink, and compliance
- Leading by example in professionalism and communication
- Working hands-on in various store departments as needed
- Managing business disruptions and emergency situations
- Maintaining full schedule availability including evenings and weekends
