Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older due to child labor laws
- Ability to follow company and Dunkin' brand standards
- Willingness to work early morning opening shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks associated with baking
Job Qualifications
- Friendly team player with excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
- Willingness to work early morning shifts
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is an asset but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare baked goods according to Dunkin' standards and schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bakery area
- Work opening shifts starting early morning hours (3 a.m. to 5 a.m.)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Follow company and Dunkin' brand procedures
- Handle baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory and report supply needs
