Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years driving experience with box trucks
- experience in loading and unloading freight
- ability to operate a liftgate
- reliable and punctual
- ability to lift heavy objects
- knowledge of local Memphis area routes
- clean driving record
- physical stamina for manual labor
Job Qualifications
- valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or appropriate driver’s license
- proven experience in driving box trucks and operating liftgates
- experience in loading and unloading freight
- strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- operate 26ft box truck with liftgate for freight delivery
- load and unload freight efficiently and safely
- follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
- maintain communication with dispatch and customers
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance
