- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand or walk for most of the shift
- Ability to follow recipes and produce consistent, quality products
- Willingness to bring personal knives on the first day
- Ability to breakdown and clean equipment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of menu items and recipes
- Ability to use various kitchen equipment effectively
- Good memory and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Apply various cooking methods to meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods
- Season and cook according to recipes
- Execute prep lists and checklists promptly
- Inspect food areas for sanitary practices
- Ensure proper food temperatures
- Use excellent memory skills to prepare multiple dishes simultaneously
- Accurately distinguish flavors and food quality
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food
- Regulate cooking equipment temperatures
- Assist other cooks during busy periods
- Perform all kitchen duties including preparation, cooking, and cleaning
- Follow recipes and procedures with minimal direction
