Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid bartender license or ability to obtain one
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work seasonal outdoor bar shifts that may be weather-dependent

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Accurately take orders, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies
- Check guest identification to ensure compliance with Wisconsin alcohol laws
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible drinking
- Communicate effectively with fellow staff and management to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
