Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older by start date
  • Valid US driver’s license or ability to obtain one
  • Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and use personal protective equipment
  • Able to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Provide reliable transportation to the worksite

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Completion of Algebra or Technical Math and Science coursework
  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of high school or college with official transcripts
  • Must not require remedial or transitional college coursework
  • Preferred minimum GPA of 2.5
  • Demonstrated active learning and time management skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and safety commitment

Job Duties

  • Operate and monitor equipment in assigned plant areas
  • Perform operations-related activities safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot process, quality, safety, and environmental issues
  • Operate and maintain mechanical or instrumentation equipment
  • Follow procedures and safety protocols
  • Lift hoses, bolt flanges, operate valves and clear equipment
  • Issue Safe Work Permits and tag equipment for maintenance
  • Participate actively in training and continuous learning
