Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older by start date
- Valid US driver’s license or ability to obtain one
- Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and use personal protective equipment
- Able to climb ladders and work at heights
- Provide reliable transportation to the worksite
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of Algebra or Technical Math and Science coursework
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of high school or college with official transcripts
- Must not require remedial or transitional college coursework
- Preferred minimum GPA of 2.5
- Demonstrated active learning and time management skills
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and safety commitment
Job Duties
- Operate and monitor equipment in assigned plant areas
- Perform operations-related activities safely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot process, quality, safety, and environmental issues
- Operate and maintain mechanical or instrumentation equipment
- Follow procedures and safety protocols
- Lift hoses, bolt flanges, operate valves and clear equipment
- Issue Safe Work Permits and tag equipment for maintenance
- Participate actively in training and continuous learning
