Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work 65+ Red Sox games and 75% of concerts
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to commute to Fenway Park and provide own transportation
- Ability to access email and enter availability from smartphone or computer
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to report to the park four hours prior to game time
- Must be able to physically lift 50lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors under various weather conditions
- Commitment to working full shifts during homestands lasting 7-10 days

Job Duties
- Manage and maintain ticketing devices for games and events
- Set up and break down ticketing equipment before and after events
- Ensure all ticketing devices are fully functional and charging before gates open
- Collaborate with Ticket Takers and Ticket Office to resolve device issues
- Report any device malfunctions promptly for quick resolution
- Adhere to Fenway Park operational standards and safety protocols
- Attend all required training sessions prior to the season start
