Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year bar beverage experience preferred
- Adaptability
- Oral communication
- Decision-making
- High energy level and ability to multi-task
- Current Responsible Beverage Service card
- Ability to work in high temperatures for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stretch
- Ability to stand long periods and walk on uneven surfaces
- Able to count and accurately manage cash drawer
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year of bar beverage experience preferred
- Current Responsible Beverage Service card
- Strong oral communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow compliance standards
Job Duties
- Oversee the operation of Tiki Bar locations
- Conduct checks to ensure sufficient product inventory
- Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory
- Manage Tiki Bar staff and supervise drink orders and preparation
- Maintain accurate records of employees, equipment, and compliance reports
- Work in a supervisory yet hands-on role
- Operate in outdoor environments with exposure to summer heat
- Follow Alcohol Beverage Control and Responsible Beverage Service standards
- Ensure proper ID checks to serve only guests aged 21 and above
- Maintain health department and customer service quality assurance
- Support fellow supervisors and leads across Tiki Bar and Cabana centers
- Uphold and support facility policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with all staff levels
- Work independently within a team setting
- Provide strong customer service and problem-solving
- Foster positive team culture and employee engagement
- Ensure all equipment is safe and well-maintained
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Provide great customer service through pleasant and professional guest interaction
- Perform other assigned duties
