Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year bar beverage experience preferred
- Current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) card
- Adaptability
- Oral communication skills
- Decision-making ability
- High energy level and multi-tasking ability
- Must be able to work in high temperatures for extended periods while staying hydrated
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stretch for unpacking and stocking merchandise
- Able to stand for long periods and walk on uneven surfaces
- Able to count and accurately manage cash drawer
- Pay based on experience.
Job Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate at all staff levels
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Ability to manage cash accurately.
Job Duties
- Oversees Tiki Bar operations in the absence of supervisor
- Conducts product checks to ensure sufficient stock
- Assists in inventory monitoring and control
- Manages bar staff and oversees drink orders and preparation
- Maintains accurate records of employees, equipment, and compliance
- Works actively in the bar while leading
- Maintains safe and functional equipment
- Handles cash and credit card transactions accurately via POS
- Ensures compliance with ABC and RBS standards
- Checks identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintains health department and customer service standards
- Supports facility policies and procedures
- Communicates effectively with staff
- Works independently and within a team
- Provides excellent customer service
- Performs other assigned duties.
